BAKEPAL savory pancakes with egg, bacon and sausage
INGREDIENTS
- BAKEPAL 2kg pancake ready mix
- 1,800ml water
- Butter for the crepe maker
For pancake 1
- 1 slice of gouda cheese
- 20gr mayonnaise
- 1 tomato ring
For pancake 2
- 2 pieces of bacon
- 2 pieces of sausage
- 20gr mayonnaise
For pancake 3
- 2 pieces of bacon
- 2 pieces of avocado
- 40gr cream cheese
For pancake 4
- 1 fried egg
- 20gr mayonnaise
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Blend BAKEPAL mix with the water, in a professional mixer, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients are homogenized.
Put some butter or margarine on the crepe maker, let it burn slightly.
Take 90gr of batter and spread it evenly on a 35cm diameter cooking plate.
Bake each pancake on both sides until golden brown.
Spread the corresponding ingredients on each pancake.
Place one pancake over the other, making sure the fried egg is on top.
Serve.
After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
