Prepare delicious waffles easily and quickly, with BAKEPAL Premium ready mix for waffles by Crepaland. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they enchant with their taste anyone who tries them.

You, simply, blend the BAKEPAL Premium 2kg package mix with 2,000ml of water.

Every batch of BAKEPAL Premium mix follows the same successful recipe, so you can be sure that the waffles you make are always perfect in taste and texture!

QUANTITY

Each BAKEPAL Premium package produces approximately 23-26 waffles or 300 small waffle pieces, if you spread 175gr of batter evenly on a waffle maker.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil), whole milk powder, whole egg powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), corn starch, emulsifiers (lactic acid esters with mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, esters of acetic acid with mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavorings.

May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, egg and its products, milk and its products, soy products, lupine, sesame, mustard.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the BAKEPAL mix with the water, in a professional blender, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients homogenize. Put some butter or margarine on the waffle maker, to burn lightly. Bake each waffle on both sides until it turns light brown. Add on the waffle the desired ingredients and serve.

After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS

For sweet waffles: fruit, ice cream, nuts, pralines.

For small waffle pieces: hazelnut, strawberry, vegan chocolate, white chocolate, wafer, buono pralines.

BAKEPAL ready mixes are packed in certified packages, which comply with all Community and Health standards. In this way, their high quality is ensured, as the exposure of the mixes to temperature changes during their transport and storage is avoided.
Each bag contains 2kg of mix, in special packaging, ensuring that the product will remain in excellent condition, for at least 10 to 12 months, from the date of its production.

Keep the package in a dry and cool place (10-27°C<65% R.H.), away from moisture, sun and strong smells, until the expiration date. After each use, the package must remain tightly closed.
