BAKEPAL sweet pancakes with yoghurt and lemon spoon sweet

INGREDIENTS

For pancake 1

  • 40gr yoghurt
  • Lemon zest

For pancake 2

  • 30gr lemon spoon sweet

For pancake 3

  • 40gr yoghurt
  • 30gr digestive biscuit

For pancake 4

  • 60gr yoghurt
  • 40gr lemon spoon sweet
  • 30gr digestive biscuit

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Blend BAKEPAL mix with the water, in a professional mixer, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients are homogenized.

Put some butter or margarine on the crepe maker, let it burn slightly.

Take 90gr of batter and spread it evenly on a 35cm diameter cooking plate.

Bake each pancake on both sides until golden brown.

Spread the corresponding ingredients on each pancake.

Place one pancake over the other, making sure the lemon spoon sweet is on top.

Serve.

After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
