BAKEPAL CHEF LINE CREPE MIX

Prepare classic sweet or savory crepes easily and quickly, with the BAKEPAL Chef Line ready mix for crepes by Crepaland. Thin and golden, with crispy edges, they impress with their authentic taste!

You, simply, blend the 7kg BAKEPAL Chef Line package: 1kg mix with 1,250ml water.

Every batch of BAKEPAL Chef Line mix follows the same successful recipe, so you can be sure that the sweet and savory crepes you create are always perfect in taste and texture!

QUANTITY

Each BAKEPAL Chef Line package produces approximately 140 crepes, if you spread 115g of batter evenly on a 35cm diameter cooking plate, or approximately 119 crepes, if you spread 130g of batter evenly on a 40cm diameter cooking plate.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the mix with the water, in a professional blender, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients homogenize. Put some butter or margarine on the crepe maker, to burn lightly. Bake each crepe on both sides until it turns light brown. Fill the crepes with the desired ingredients and serve.

After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

SUGGESTED FILLINGS SUGGESTED FILLINGS

For savory crepes: cheese, ham, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, pepper, chips, chicken, sausage, caramelized onions.

For sweet crepes: praline, banana, strawberry, biscuit, pineapple, honey, walnut, white chocolate, ice cream.

Packaging

PACKAGING

BAKEPAL ready mixes are packed in certified packages, which comply with all Community and Health standards. In this way, their high quality is ensured, as the exposure of the mixes to temperature changes during their transport and storage is avoided.
Each bag contains 2kg of mix, in special packaging, ensuring that the product will remain in excellent condition, for at least 10 to 12 months, from the date of its production.

Keep the package in a dry and cool place (10-27°C<65% R.H.), away from moisture, sun and strong smells, until the expiration date. After each use, the package must remain tightly closed.
