PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the mix with the water, in a professional blender, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients homogenize. Put some butter or margarine on the crepe maker, to burn lightly. Bake each crepe on both sides until it turns light brown. Fill the crepes with the desired ingredients and serve.
After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

For savory crepes: cheese, ham, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, pepper, chips, chicken, sausage, caramelized onions.
For sweet crepes: praline, banana, strawberry, biscuit, pineapple, honey, walnut, white chocolate, ice cream.
