Blend the mix with the water, in a professional blender, for 10-15 minutes, until the ingredients homogenize. Put some margarine on the crepe maker, to burn lightly. Bake each pancake on both sides until it turns light brown. Top the pancakes with the desired ingredients and serve. In the same way, you make waffles in the waffle maker.
After preparation, the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
